Seaside Update 3/31/2025
- Pool and beach furniture is in place and looking fantastic.
-Pool is warm and clean!
-Landscaping looks gorgeous.
-3 gas grills are installed, laundry room is open, elevator passed inspection.
-White sand is beautiful and the property has been open for guests since early March.
-Fantastic to be "back" with the property (inside and out) looking better than ever!

Seaside Update 2/21/2025
- 201, 202 and 210 water, electricity and AC are all working as they should.
- Wifi and Cable TV have been installed and are working.
- Lobby and stairwell electronic door locks were completed last week.
- ProGreen is almost done with the irrigation system, with plants scheduled to arrive on Tuesday of this coming week.
- The elevator work is scheduled to begin March 3rd and will take 3-4 weeks to complete.
- JCS, our association cleaning company, will begin their outside cleanup on March 8th.
- This coming week, scheduled deliveries will be arriving from Amazon with pool area and beach side garbage cans, bins for pool toys, a bike rack and an outdoor ashtray container for the designated smoking area.
- Palm Casual will be delivering our new pool furniture and beach chairs this week.
- The 5th floor will have the hallway floor painted. The railings and stairwells will also be cleaned.
- New beach stairs have been installed.
- Lights are being installed in the laundry and storage rooms, along with the plumbing in the bathrooms.
- The entire underside of the building will be power washed to prep for painting.

Seaside Update 11/25/2024
- Goal is to have a working elevator sometime in January.
- Seaside is close to completion and remodeling of units is critical over these next two months.
- Front doors are beginning to be painted (the color will match the Bahama shutters color). Screen door installation will follow.
- Tiling and pool coping around the pool is completed. 
- Pool bathrooms and laundry has passed inspection.
- Railing installation on the office balcony are complete.

Seaside Update 11/18/2024
- Lobby glass installation was completed.
- Concrete curbing repairs was finished last week.
- New condenser installation is complete  for the first and second floors.
- Turtle light fixtures for the Lanai and walkways should  be delivered ~Nov. 26th.
- Main electrical panel is expected to ship early December and the tentative installation will be completed before the holidays. If these goals are met, the elevator rebuild could begin end of December.

Seaside Update 11/13/2024
- Hardware attaching the stand to the concrete pad have been increased in size & length to improve resistance to a surge. Also, hardware attaching the condensers to the stand have been strengthened. 
- Electrical gear is ordered.
- Lobby glass windows are starting this week. Workers will begin building exterior lighting and lighting under the building.
- Due to Hurricane Milton, our reopening date has been pushed back. The biggest question mark is the elevator, which got damaged during Milton. New panel should arrive in 4 weeks with a two week installation period. We are hoping that the new reopening date will be Feb. 1st. 

Seaside Update 10/28/2024
- Hoping to have full power back to 3/4 of the building by mid-December in preparation of the Elevator rescheduled rebuild.
- Tile floor installation is near completion on the 1st floor , along with trim and moldings for all units. Kitchen cabinets will be installed this week.
- Priming of all walls on the 5th floor is complete. 
- Lobby glass and doors have arrived and will be installed this week. 
- Curbing repairs should begin this week.
